By downloading or using the Infyn school mobile applications (“Apps”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.
The Apps let parents/guardians and teachers access information from schools that use the Infyn / NetxSchool platform. Features depend on what your school enables.
You must not misuse the Apps, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, or use data for purposes unrelated to your school role.
Academic, fee, and attendance data is supplied by your school. Questions about accuracy or disputes should be directed to the school.
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or network issues may cause downtime.
We may require you to install app updates to continue using the service. Version requirements are communicated via the App or Play Store.
The Apps are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Apps.
Your school or we may suspend access for policy violations or when your relationship with the school ends.
